Overall great
Only a few small issues. Ants in the kitchen, homeless in the lots next to building, and this house is actually a duplex…which means your rooftop is actually a split rooftop. We were lucky and no one was staying our weekend, but it would be something else if others were using the rooftop at the same time as we were. The rest is all good! Nice kitchen, nice third floor main suite. (The stairs will get you if you aren’t ready for some climbing) and the view of the city from the roof is great at night.

Great rental
The house was gorgeous and kept in great care. Property manager was very nice and quick to respond. Couldnt have hoped for better.
